You have a right of return of up to 14 days following your purchase.

Any returns not processed through our returns portal will not be accepted.

We invite you to pay for your return label at a preferential rate directly via our dedicated platform. A return label will then be sent to you.

Please protect your return parcel and include the labels and other documents present in the original parcel, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return request.

Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.

If you wish to return an item due to an obvious error on our part, please state the precise reason for your return and enclose a photo.

Please allow up to 14 working days after validation of your return for receipt of your voucher or refund. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for the order.
On average, refunds are made within 7 working days. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
